In this video John talks about the NAR settlement and why it is ok to be confused as a consumer. It’s because the settlement doesn’t make any sense as the rules were written in collaboration with attorneys at the DOJ that have no concept of the real estate business, from how it operates, to who is in charge, to the amount of money it takes just to function in the business.
